Not Recognizing A Blank Disc - Split From Hijacked Topic In The Wrong Forum

I am having the same problem with VHS to DVD3 Plus. Everything works fine except that it doesn't recognize any of my blank DVD's. Tried DVD-R, DVD+R, DVDRW. I can copy the videos into another program (Cyberlink Power to Go), and it will burn the videos just fine on the same DVD's. Tried rebooting, reinstalling dvd drivers, etc. This is on a Windows 8 system. Any ideas????

No one is going to email you as we don't work for Corel/Roxio...

 

Start a New Topic with details of your issue, screen cap would help and we can most likely get you fixed up

No... Some machines just don't work right

 

A few users replaced their drive and all worked after that. Since you already have an alternate solution, you could just go with that
