For some reason Roxio requires us to Enable Blu-ray Authoring before we can use it   It is simple and only need be done once!   If you notice your Blu-ray Project choice is grayed out like this, then follow these simple steps:     Enable under Help:   ...working   ...working   Success!!!   And now it is gone   That is all there is to it
