Install Problem - Split From Hijacked Thread

Question

I tried to install Roxio nxt3 on a new windows machine, I went to the site and registered the software, I never got a support number, I always gave a error message install interrupted. and then it told me I have used my cd key too many times. I called both Roxio and Corel and got no where. Where the hell is all customer support? This program is now going back and nothing corel or Roxio is coming in to my home ever again.

Albert Einstein had something to say about doing the same thing over and over again and expecting the result to change :lol:

 

I agree that the the limits on the number of installs is not reasonable... I have had to call Microsoft many times after a HDD crash to get their OS or Software to work again :( But at least they answer the phone ^_^
