Can't Get Any Help



Hi All,


This is a last ditch attempt for some assistance from the people at Roxio.


For many years I have used Creator 7 but, after moving on to Windows 8.1 this is no longer compatible.


Some weeks ago I bought Easy CD and DVD Burning from the Roxio on-line store and started the download. 24 hours later it stopped and would not resume.


I have had many further attempts with the same result; a few hundred mb and then stop.


I can accept that there may be problems but I have sent three emails asking for assistance and not a single reply - very frustrating.


I have asked for a CD copy to be sent to me - no reply.


Tell me folks, what is to be done???


Any suggestions?


Incidentally, my system and all comms are working fine in every other instance.
