Just purchased NXT Pro 3, (should have known better). When I try to install it, it starts to install and then I get an error message saying the the install was interrupted. I have turned off my system protection! I have no other programs running, except what is running in the background and can't be shutdown. When I try to go to support all I get is a run-a-round (typical), asks for a support code which I don't have (suppose to have been in the order verification notice, HaHa!!). Since, neither Sonic or Roxio will help, does anyone have any idea how to get this product to install before I send it back?
