The main problem is that for some reason the software has stopped recognizing the signal from my VCR. It is not a problem with my cables or video recorder. It will receive a signal for a few seconds and then cut out. Sometimes it receives a signal until I hit record and then loses it. It has gotten so bad recently that I can no longer use this product.
Other problems include the VHS tape running perfectly, but the video somehow freezes, indicates that it's still recording, but actually stopped recording at the time of the freeze. Like I said, the VCR, tape, and cables are fine.
I am fed up with this product. How can I get a refund? It's a defective piece of software that was released before it was made to work correctly.
