sboik
It seems that Roxio PhotoShow is dying, so I don't want to pay $39.99 for my premium service every year. But I want to save my shows. 1. Do they still have their DVD transfer service? I cannot find any way to access it. Can I save my shows on DVD myself on Mac? 2. How to get to customer service to close my account? Corel does not handle Roxio PhotoShow and has no information.

sknis
As Walt says, unfortunately PhotoShow V6 download does not work on a MAC . Have a friend with a PC download the program and all the PhotoShows that you can. Have the friend convert the PhotoShows to either mpg2 or wmv files and put them on a disc for you. You MAC should be able to play them (but not necessarily work with them). Do you have a recent version of toast? It has live screen capture. There are other programs that can capture the video as played on the Internet. I'm a pc guy so I don;t know what they would be. I'll ask a freind. I don't think that any other option with sharing in PhotoShow will work.
tsantee
The video needs to be a QuickTime-playable format to play on a Mac. Some other formats may work with VLC Media Player too. Toast's Live Screen Capture is for recording things you are doing on your Mac to show as demos & tutorials. If a video is showing in Safari or other Mac browser you may be able to control-click on it to access a download option.
