Not really seeing anything that jumps out...

 

You do have the RGC plugged directly into your PC and not using an external USB Hub?

 

Have you tried all of your ports?

 

The other thing is possibly a heat issue. Have you tried it with the PC cold? (just after a long off period)

 

As you can tell, down to desperate guessing :lol:

Fix it!

 

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

 

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

Tried it 10 times in a row: nothing. It keeps crashing. I looked at older topics but to no avail.

 

I can play games just fine when everything's plugged in.

I've been at it for a little over 4 hours now and about to give up. There has to be a solution to this...
