2 issues...

It is not being recognized properly in the Device Manager.

It reports No Signal but that may be OK after the first one is fixed.

Best bet a this point is to follow these steps:

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Download and install the
Uninstaller. Then run it in
Moderate Mode
to remove any traces of Roxio.

Then turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When the Install competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

Do it again, step by step Very carefully. (there isn't any other fix!) Might be better to have someone over and work with them while you do this.

If that doesn't work we need to see your log files (HERE) as well your PC specs (HERE)

You are allowing it to install on C:\ and not some far off external drive?

I have no idea but at this point I would say you should Format C:\ and start from scratch  Yes I do know what a pain that can be...

Actually, loan it to a friend and let them install it on their PC to see what happens :glare:
