abrahamj
I'm new to Roxio. Installed VHS to DVD for Mac. Used composite video connector as no S-vidoe on player. Audio great but images hopeless - lost behind a grid of white lines What did I do wrong?
tsantee
Never have seen that. Have you tried a different USB port? It also may help to launch the application before connecting the USB device. By the way, use Medium quality because High quality usually has audio sync problems and creates a video file in a format that's only usable or playable on a Mac. Maybe the device is defective. I just don't know what would cause that.

tsantee
It sounds like the tracking is off on your video tape player. Or maybe the tape was recorded at a speed that your player doesn't support.
