Jim_Hardin
I hope that does it! If it does clear them, then after the last reboot you do to check, you will still need to do a proper repair to make sure everything in Roxio is OK. First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc. Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished. Now insert your Roxio Disc. Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows) When you reach the screen where Repair is offered, choose that! When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

grandpabruce
how do i fix them??? Have you tried clicking on them to see what they say about the problem? That would be a start. They might be able to be fixed with the disc that came with the motherboard.

grandpabruce
so what do i do, and i switched the option on the software Do you see all of the "errors" under Other Devices? You need to address those, as they could be causing your problem.
Jim_Hardin
Thanks! It is good to see that the RGC is installed OK. It is not good to see all those errors for other things. They need to be resolved as often what looks to you and me as not related, really are

ogdens
Make sure the Xbox is set to a specific output, and not Auto Sense.

Jim_Hardin
ONLY during the install. NEVER plug in any USB Device without installing the software FIRST! (That's just Computer 101 unless the instructions specifically state otherwise ) If you did that wrong, you would see the 'No Signal' in Green instead of red. Jim_Hardin
Turn OFF your Xbox and your PC. Unplug everything. Start again and see what happens
