Roxio Hd Pro Not Working

nothing seems to work...but when i switch to component i get a blue screen on tv and comp, but its connected with only hdmi.



Did you switch to Component cables or change an option in the Xbox/ Capture software?.

I hope that does it!


If it does clear them, then after the last reboot you do to check, you will still need to do a proper repair to make sure everything in Roxio is OK.


First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.


Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.


Now insert your Roxio Disc.


Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)


When you reach the screen where
is offered, choose that!


When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
