When I click the "Save as MP4 video" link, I get this message: Status: We're processing your request... We will send an email to mikeymo1741@yahoo.com when your video is ready. The program is broken and has been for over two years. Download the PhotoShow desktop software from your membership page and install it. Use that to sign in and the download the PhotoShow to your desktop. You can then share it by converting it to a wmv or mpg3 or by burning a disc. Please read the pinned posts at the top of this section of the Roxio forum. No it will never be fixed and no one at Roxio/Corel has any technical knowledge for fixing the problem.
