Roxio Hd Gamecapture Problem


Hi support.

When i try to rec with proxio Hd record the software crash instantly.

Software is very slow, look like he need so much time to load.

I plug in HDMI cable in my graphic card and the other end in input socket.

Could be your PC :huh:


But first lets do 2 things to test it out!


First is to do a proper repair to make sure the software/drivers are not corrupt.


First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.


Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.


Now insert your Roxio Disc.


Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)


When you reach the screen where
is offered, choose that!


When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.


After that, instead of using your PC for the Source, use a DVD or BD Player. Can't capture but we want a Known Good source for testing ;)
