Question

I am using easy vas to dvd for mac. I burned several DVDs and the product worked fine. I tried to use it again today to transfer my old home movies to the computer but now there is no sound at all. composite set up and everything is hooked up correctly? What is the issue? the sound is fine on my mac, and the camcorder, it just doesn't play when I am recording to my mac? Any ideas?

Thanks!

There are many posts in this forum relating to no audio. One tip is to insert the USB device after launching the application. You might also do a shut down and then restart of the Mac (not just restart). You can check the Sound control panel in System Preferences to see if there is an audio input selection you can make after the device is connected.

I also just bought and installed the software but it does not recognise any change in sound settings in System Preferences (internal mic only - creating feedback).

Have tried unplugging...

Sound settings in System Preferences have no control over the device's audio.
