Help - Mydvd Prem 9 - Can't Burn To Dvd In Windows 7

Hi

 

I have used Roxio MyDVD Premier for years, I bought Ver9 in 2006 (I think) and it has done well.

 

Last year I upgraded my laptop. I now spent many hours creating a new production for a family event and I cannot burn to disk, or create an ISO file, or create a folder set.

 

I can go through to 'create DVD' then an error message appears: 80004005 (please see screenshots attached).

 

Do i need to upgrade to a newer version, any advice much appreciated!

 

Its really quite urgent so very greatfull for any help.

I see you are now running Windows 7 Professional and you say you have MyDVD Premier 9. I'm afraid they're not compatible. Here's what the Knowledgebase says . . .
