Roxio Photoshow Is Not Working Properly And Needs To Fixed (Including Roxio Tech Response)

There is no one here that can fix it (and maybe no one at Roxio/Cotel) ! We are angry users just like you. It is a long standing problem that keeps getting worse. Have you read the latest pinned posts at the top of this section? Cancel your subscription is you are not happy. Download the on-line PhotoShows to your computer before you cancel the subscription.

I finally received an answer from Corel today.. I explained that some of my shows wouldn't load and play, I couldn't even open the show to snag the images. I have not be able to download the longer shows to permanently have them on my hard drive for about a year and a half. That if the company was secretly phasing out the program without due warning to longtime loyal customers of the original Photoshow program, then kindly credit the recent charge of my credit card... This was their reply~

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Let me help you with

your concern. Based on your description if the shows only play the first part,

it means you are affected by the general online playback issue of the Photoshow

service. Our developers are aware of the problem but the latest advise is that

this issue cannot be fixed for now.


The best we can offer at this point is to refund your current subscription.

Once it has been refunded, the account will be a Free account that can keep all

existing and future shows for 30 days.

Isn't that what I said (over and over again)? :blink::( That response can also be found in a couple of other threads.


Good luck downloading all those existing PhotoShows -- I lost about 1/3 of mine. (but I did back them up.
