Support Code Registration

Question

Hi everyone,

 

Newbee here so sorry if I have posted in the wrong place. I have registered my product, received my registration email and attempted to access support. However there is no 9 digit support code in the email for me to use?

 

My son threw out the disk ( but not the sleeve ) with his birthday wrapping paper :-(

 

Does anyone have any ideas or links to access support or where my support code maybe?
