Audio Input On Roxio Game Cap For Windows Wont Show A Device

Hello my question is ive reinstalled my roxio program and ive encountered a problom ive done everything and researched and done everything to puzzle my way through it. when i open the roxio game cap program i click audio input tab and audio input device is line usb device its supposed to be line ( roxio gamecap) and why cant i open the drop down menu to access the devices its like grayed out, plz help me idk what the problom is. every time i record with the usb line thing it lags every few seconds the video. thanks swiftzy
