Roxio Don't Record

Hi,

 

I bought a roxio game capture pro HD and when i want to record some gameplay from playstation 4 i have some problem.

 

When i click on the green bouton to record, the screen in the software become black and the record stoped directly. 1sec to record and i don't know how to fix the problem.

 

On my ps4 the mode HDCP is not check !

 

 

So with the problem i can't record, and i uninstalle and re-installe the software, i repaired it too but nothing...

Two things to try for this one:

 

Reboot!

 

And then Repair -
