Question

I ordered and paid for the Creator NXT 3. It would not boot up in my Dell XPS 210 and the monitor screen remained black. I called the Roxio service people ,COREL, I believe a nice gal in India who sent another disc.. It did not work either !!!. I called yesterday got some guy in India who kept telling me that my support time had expired. NO HELP, NO REFUND AND I AM STUCK WITH 2 JUNK DISCS !!!!!! Can anyone help with instruction IF NOT another company who takes care of it's customers ??

One does not 'Boot from a disc' - that ended with MS DOS about 14 years ago...

Install discs Auto Run provided you have set your OS to do that (it can be turned off). While not too likely these days, the Roxio discs are DVDs and cannot be run in a CD drive.

All you have to do is a little computer 101 ;)

Use Windows Explorer to navigate to Disc1

Then right click on Setup.exe.

Select Open from the context menu and all is done.
