Hello Mark

Roxio Creator Silver 7 is not related to Easy Media Creator 7, except that EMC 7 might be a far distant ancestor on the maternal side.

If you read this CreatorNXT2_VLP-5.pdf you'll see it is actually version 15 and is a very severely cut-down enterprise sub-set of Creator NXT.

It's a "Volume Licensing Product" priced at $15, so many of the functions have been cut out of it.

Users of Creator NXT may have a better handle on your situation with your BD-R so your topic will be shifted to the Creator NXT forum. However I wonder if a BD-R is ever written in a single "session"?

Regards,

Brendon

Brendon and Jim,

thank you.

The reason is this is for a build, and it will copy faster in single session when it goes to the customer, the burners I am using are sporatic at making a 'Closed Single Session' BR, they are all closed, but some are multi, and those seam to douple the time it takes for the customer to copy the build. they are requesting the single session.

Forgive my suspicious nature but whenever anyone tells me something takes longer, my 45 year old stopwatch comes out! You would be amazed how many feelings are shattered with when I click the Stop button :D:lol:

You never answered the basic questions, are you useing BD-RE - BD-R - BD-R LTH and in what capacity, 25 - 50 or 100 GB?

The amount of variation in your Customers PC is probably the biggest factor. (assuming you are not requiring an 'approved PC')

You want answers but are not supplying information -_-
