Threw Away Box With Cd

How are you guys doing today... Today my issue is I got my new Roxio Game Cap HD Pro about a year ago it worked great with no issues until, I got my new comp then I had issues finding my CD to re-install it on my new comp and realized I threw it away. Is there any way I can get a CD installation and the serial code or am I doomed. Thank you for your time!

I have the same problem, but I have my key already. I just don't have my CD.
