Is this a disc that came with your order? Or one your wrote from an electronic delivery (download)? Does your computer read other DVD discs?

 

If not, then you need to fix that problem first. If so, then let us know if it's a pressed disc that was delivered, or one you wrote. Also, try a straight copy of the contents of your disc to your hard drive. If that is successful, try installing from the files on your hard drive.
