Brendon
Rusty, The Easy CD & DVD Burning software you have is a cut-down version of Creator 2012. The ability to handle MP4s has been removed from this software for some unknown reason - look in the filetypes line of your bottom screenshot and you'll see MP4 isn't one of them. If you bought it directly from Roxio, I'd suggest you go for a refund immediately. You'll need a full version of Creator to handle MP4s. Jim_Hardin
Likewise it will only load SD files (720 X 480) so even if you convert an HD file to a format it accepts, it will still reject it unless it in SD or less
sknis
Why do you have at least 8 programs preloaded in your toolbar including 3 browsers? They all take up resources that may be needed. Use msconffig.exe (or task manager in W8) then start up to get rid of things that can be started after boot and when you need them.
