In your first post you say it works fine with your Xbox One...

In your second post, actually not sure what you are saying there???

Do this - Put the Splitter away and only work with the Xbox One!

Look at these posts, HERE and HERE and use that to make sure you have your Xbox settings correct!

If you still have an issue, please Detail it! Is it your TV? Is it your Preview Window, if you don't have a Green 'Ready' showing, What does it Say? What color?

Your really getting confusing.. now you have got a laptop and a desktop involved...which is it. .

My take on what you are saying is when you plug in your Xbox to the RGC unit everything is ok....when you then connect your PC you get the RED no signal (this means exactly that "no signal")

I agree, Walt. I think he wants to record from his gaming PC, with the RGC HD Pro connected to his laptop. It sounds like his setup works okay to record from his XBox, but he's getting a Red, "No Signal" when connecting to the RGC HD Pro from his Gaming PC, using an HDMI cable.

So, wethenation, is that what you're trying to do?

If you connect from your graphics card on your PC, directly to your TV using the HDMI cable (without the RGC HD Pro connected in between), do you get a good picture on the TV?

Your PC Graphics Card outputs HDCP code and I doubt there is anyway to turn that off...

Another question. How many connections are you using on the PC's graphic card output? I just tried one that is connected to 2 monitors and using the open HDMI connector to the RGC produces No Signal... Most cards can only output to 2 devices even though they have 3 connectors ;)
