Then it has gotten corrupted and you have to repair it...

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When you reach the screen where Repair is offered, choose that!

When the Repair completes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

I already tried that! It still crashes. It worked for three days and today it keeps on crashing again.

The answer is not going to change, it is broken and needs repaired.

 

Otherwise it is your PC video card or the settings. Delete the video software and drivers reboot and reinstall the software and don't tinker with any settings!!!!

 

Probably have to run the Roxio Repair after that one more time ;)

Well, considering the fact that the only thing you tell people to do is go to Roxio Repair. It doesn't make a difference!
