Music Disc Creator Will Not Load

kpsmc

Question

All of a sudden my disc creator will not load. Tried everything. reboot, uninstall and reload, everything. You click on music disc creator and it flashes and goes to task bar where it freezes. Will not load. The only thing you can do is close it. WHAT HAPPENED. Doesn't make any sense.

Has this happened to anyone and could you fix it?

Hello sknis,

i exactly have the same error kpsmc discribes. After my last usage of Music Disc Creator on 30th may the program only starts minimized and i can not open (maximize) it. What a strange behaviour.

The only things i changed on my well running system are the installations of following programs: Mozilla Firefox 38.0.5, Skype7.5, latest versions of Google Earth, Adobe Flash Player IE & FF, Adobe Air, Dropbox, Amazon Cloud Drive and all the new Microsoft patches from June 10. Maybe something of this damaged my Music Disc Creator installation.

Do you have some advice for me? I have attached my dxdiag text file below.

Thanks

Thanks for your help. I have only the otptions uninstall or change.

What to do?

Sorry I didn't notice what version you were running "Easy Media Creator 10".

I would uninstall following the link then clean reinstall.

Unfortunately it did not work and I can not continue to use EMC 10, the same error. It is strange when two users at the same time get the same error even though they have not changed anything on their system.

I know no more advice, you might?
