Nxt 3 Pro Says Screen Resolution Too Low To Use Anything

Truthminers

Question

I just installed this and it says the screen resolution is too low. The screen resolution is 1920 X 1080, much larger than recommended. It says I need more than 16 bit color. I have 32 bit. I've tried refreshing those settings, but Creator still doesn't recognize it. If that's the case, the program is useless.

Creator is telling me that the resolution settings on the computer are too low. They are, in fact, far higher than the ones listed. They are at the max which is the 1920 and 32 bit color. I tried refreshing the settings but Creator still does not recognize them. The program is unusable unless I can overcome this.

Check your "Dots per inch" resolution settings in Windows. They should be set to the standard 96 dpi.

You haven't said which version of Windows you're using, so I can't point you straight at the settings method for your version.
