Unknown Capture Error

Hey guys i am wondering why am i getting a UNKNOWN CAPTURE ERROR? I never had this problem but i switched laptops to windows 8.1 and i wanna use my headphones to record my voice on my game but it gives me that error i dont know why. Please help me and pic of my pc spec

A possible reason is because your laptop is well below the minimum requirements for the software.

The Celeron's have never been up to the task. I know that no one has ever gotten the HD version to work with one and I am surprised you were able to use it with the Standard version.

 

I am guessing your other lap was the one you were using it on with success. What were the specs on that one???

i am not sure my old pc was windows 7 but i dont know and it was a 64bit i know that

this happens to me, when u first open your software and it gives this error, unplug the usb and plug it back in.

Sorry but that really does not have anything to do with this particular problem...

 

Doesn't hurt but it won't fix this one
