My computer was just upgraded to Windows 10, is this the problem that I can't open the photoshow program. Do you think that they are working on an upgrade for us10 users? Very frustrating when they seem to just left us hanging. thanks for any response. Judy

 

Sorry Judy, The program is based on old technology and really can't be upgraded (but I've been surprised before). . Did you look into the (almost) alternative that also does quick photo shows or at the full Creator programs. Many people post on YouTube with a "hidden" link so the only people that can see it are those to whom you give the link

I tried Windows 10 for a short time but then went back to Windows 7. When I did, it looked like I lost my Roxio Premium Membership and I did not buy the DVD back up. (My mistake) I bought another Premium Membership and now I have two account web pages but can't delete or edit my old photo shows on my original one. I'm thinking my first account is now a loss. I have another photoshow program from Agua Soft but it's a bit harder to work with and does not have the fun graphics like Roxio. Guess my question is, is there anyway to combine the two memberships to one so I can have all my photoshows back working again?

Contact Roxio/Corel directly. This is a users forum so we don;t have a lot of information about that.

 

Are you able to dowmload the original account PhotoShows? You should be able to download them, edit them and then upload them to your new account. Download them all and then get a rebate/credit on that old account

 

You might want to try Corel's FastFlix to see if that is any better.

 

BTW, the DVD backup hasn't worked in years.

they certainly have left me hanging. My account is good as a premier member till 2020 and my desktop software is not working at all, I use the website now and can't won't share or send me Mp4 file as I use to be able to get. Very unhappy and no response to support...
