RILEYinAUS
When i go to launch the capture software, it crashes when the Roxio Gamecap HD Pro is plugged in but when i unplug it the program opens fine. I just recently updated to Windows 8.1 and haven't had the software installed for a while.
Jim_Hardin
Does that mean it RGC was installed and then you Upgraded to Win 8.1?Or have you installed After you upgraded to 8.1? If this one then the short version of Repair should do it First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished. Now insert your Roxio Disc.Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)When you reach the screen where Repair is offered, choose that! When the Repair completes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot. I've tried it on a Windows 7 Computer and it works so it isn't the card do it has to be some driver issues
