d_deweywright
Post your install log file here, and maybe that'll give us some ideas for what to suggest. Instructions for finding and posting the setup log file are here. (Link)

d_deweywright
In the instructions, it tells you in red that ZIPped files are required. If you haven't created a .zip file using Windows, here's what it looks like in Windows 7, starting with Windows Explorer, right-click on the file, select Send to, then select "Compressed (zipped) folder." Then see if the boards will allow you to attach that file.

d_deweywright
Looking at your Log file, there are a LOT of messages where the installer appears to be looking for .NET 4.0 to be installed. Maybe someone else will jump in here with a clean link, or better suggestions, but I'd take a quick look on Microsoft's site for .NET (dot net) 4.0 and see if you can install/update that on your system. Jim_Hardin
...3 our of 4 throw the GameCAP Install, IncompatibleSuite Incompatible Suite error (1603). This is extensive, but it what I suggest...(Add Nothing! - Skip Nothing!) Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.Download and install the Revo Uninstaller. Then run it in Moderate Mode to remove any traces of Roxio.Create a New User Account with Administrator Privileges.Turn OFF any A/V & Firewall.Reboot and log on to that new account.Copy your entire disc to a new folder on your HDD.In that new folder, right click on Setup.exe and select Properties.Under the Compatibility tab, make sure nothing is checked!Right click Setup.exe and select Open.Allow it to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio not Windows)Use the Default Locations! When the Install completes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
