Vhs To Dvd Problem First Time Using: Tried To Open The Ap And Got The Following Message: Can't Start Because Vcupermitsvhs.dll Is Missing.any Ideas?

Just purchased the software and installed. First time trying to use got this error message. Any help you can provide I would greatly apprecaite it. I'm on a HP laptop running Windows 8.

I don't have a note on that, nor does it show up in the Knowledge base???

Need to try one of the more advanced install processes and see what it does... Add nothing, skip nothing:

Unplug your Roxio Capture Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Download and install the Revo Uninstaller. Then run it in Moderate Mode to remove any traces of Roxio.

Then turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

When the Install competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
