Unknown Problem - Split From Hijacked Thread

Hi

I have spent all morning trying to get this to work. I even had a friend over who connected everything up. I was given this for my birthday and was assured it was "Easy". Now all I am is very frustrated.

I have looked at the knowledge base and comments like it is probably because the Video player is not on is not helpful.

I will try their tech support but am not holding my breath.

Anyone got any positive experience?

Did you plug in the device BEFORE installing the software.

 

Do a screen shot of you Device Manager showing the Roxio devices (2 entries). Google for Windows screen short if you don;'t know how to do one.
