Next question, do you still have the CD Key information for your install? If you registered on the Roxio Site, then that information is there.

 

You'll need to contact Rox-Ralf to see if he can arrange for a download, but you'll need your installation information, or purchase information. Information on contacting Rox-Ralf can be found by clicking on the link in my signature below about getting your CD Key reset.
