Please confirm that you have VHS to DVD and not some other Roxio program. Answer these questions (link) Instead of just providing the information on your computer, please supply the dxdiag exe evaluation text file as an attachment (click on Full Editor below). After answering sknis questions, please expand on your problem. "Screen freezes" really tells us nothing. What are you doing when it freezes? Does it start capturing?
