ElliotC 1 Report post Posted August 11, 2015 I was using NXT3 with no problems on a Win8 older machine I just switched to a new I7 machine and upgraded to Win10 I reinstalled Creator NXT3. I wanted to edit a video and it would not load and crashed I thought I would uninstall and reinstall The uninstall would not complete and crashed I now can't do anything and get the following messages when I put the install disc in Critical Registry Keys needed Runtime error Roxio Burn - installation has been corrupted and can not continue Install Error Code 0652 Any ideas ? 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
0 sknis 220 Report post Posted August 11, 2015 1) Download and run the free trial copy of "Revo Uninstaller Pro) run it in the Moderate Mode (Only). Search for Creator pr Roxio and remove it. 2) Reboot your computer 3) COPY the installation disc to a folder on your computer. 4) Turn off your antivirus (disconnect from the internet if you feel unfortable). 5) Install the program from the disc. 6) Reboot and now try. Did that work? Note there are a limited number of install attempts (10) after which you will have to get you count reset via e-mail with proof of purchase, Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
