Piraja27 Posted August 29, 2015 Report Share Posted August 29, 2015 When you insert the disc into your disc drive and run the setup program, you used to get option to 'Repair' as reading these forums a lot of times that is suggested but mine is not showing up? is it removed or moved? Jim_Hardin Posted August 30, 2015 Report Share Posted August 30, 2015 That means your program is not properly installed or has become corrupted to the point it is not recognized (might explain why your captures aren't working from your other Topic)You will need to do a more through procedure: Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.Download and install the Revo Uninstaller. Then run it in Moderate Mode to remove any traces of Roxio.Then turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.Now insert your Roxio Disc.Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)When the Install completes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
