Can't Capture Audio From Stereo Mix (Direct From Sound Card) In Record Now Music Premiere

I am using Roxio Record Now Music Premier
Version: 14.0.49.1;5.0.0.0
Build: 140B498, RNP; 701B41A, RNP
OS: Windows 10

I am streaming music from a web browser
I choose "capture audio from sound card"

1. If I Capture From: Stereo Mix (Realtek High Definition Audio)
The Recording Level shows ***NOTHING/ZERO*** on both L & R channels

2. If I Capture From: Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)
I can see Recording Level looks normal

Why can't I record directly from Stereo Mix? I think the sound quality of the recording would be better this way

I have updated the Realtek sound card drivers on my machine

 

Settings:

Sound:

Playback - Speakers, Realtek High Definition Audio, Default Device

Recording - Stereo Mix, Realtek High Definition Audio, Default Device
