Having Trouble Capturing "until Dawn" Footage

So I recently bought Until Dawn and I'm having trouble capturing clean usable HD 1080i game play footage. The footage is either slowed down and the audio lags or it's glitchy when I play it back. And I also try to sometimes save the footage as an mp4 to use it with other editing software but the file doesn't show up where I set it to appear. I always end up ripping with Camtasia. These are my settings:

 

Source: Roxio Game capture HD Pro.

Input: HDMI

Settings: M2TS (or MP4 since I don't want to use the roxio editor)

Profile: HD 1080i

Video Bitrate: 13621 kbs

 

What am I doing wrong?

Don't Know!

 

First thought is that you PC is lacking defragmented space and is losing frames while searching for sectors to put it... (applies HDD's ONLY)

 

Next thought is something in the game with cut scenes or copy protection...

 

How much HDD Free Space do you have? Defrag lately?

 

Is it still capturing other games with similar specs as Until Dawn capture OK?

 

And DO NOT use mp4 for capture!!!!!!
