I saw some other people on different forums getting this problem. Did you create your account properly. That is what they did not do. I searched this site and could not find that same error discussed. By the way, this is a users site and not sales or tech support so we would have to guess on what the problem was but not be able to help. I have finally received a response from CORAL. they are requesting a screenshot of the error. I did create my account correctly. Hopefully they can get to the bottom of the issue.
