ama
I have a Sony video camera. I uploaded to PlayMemories (their extraction software), then while in Roxio VideoWave, dragged and dropped the video I wanted into my production. I'm using WIndows 10. 0 Jim_Hardin
You did not state WHAT the problem was, but I do know it won't work and it can't work... Why Playmemories anyway??? If you are using it to do some editing instead of the included VideoWave, you will have to Export it from Playmemories as a file, and then you can load it into VideoWave
0 ama
PlayMemories is the only way I can get the video off my Sony camera. The problem is when I try to upload it to VideoWave, I get a video wave error and it crashes. I tried uninstalling and re-installing Roxio. 0 Jim_Hardin
Then it is the video file or the software...Find the Windows sample files under Videos in your Library and load that (wmv). If it still crashes then it is more likely the software. In that case a proper repair is needed: First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished. Now insert your Roxio Disc.Don’t do any updates at this time (get it running first)When you reach the screen where Repair is offered, choose that! When the Repair completes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot. What is the Roxio software that you have? Your post is in the "Game Capture HD" forum which really is not meant for what you are doing. You have given very little information to work with PS. I just noticed that you started a topic in the NXT 3 forum asking a similar question (to which Jim responded). Is that what you are using.
