I am a long time supporter and user of Toast. In fact, I've been using it since it was owned by Adaptec back in the early 2000's. I'm mentioning this because I am very experienced with the software and it's progression since it has been developed now by Roxio.
I just purchased and installed Toast 14 and I'm having audio distortion issues similar to a problem that I had with Toast 8.
When I import or drop audio files into Toast, and then play them back there is a slight distortion I hear. This makes the software unusable.
I'm running Mac OS 10.9 on a 2010 MacPro. I'm using MOTU 424 PCIe card along with the MOTU 24 I/O audio interface.
Can anyone shed any light on this issue.
I sent in a tech support ticket yesterday but haven't heard back from anyone yet and need to resolve this issue ASAP.
I could really use some positive feedback to help me resolve this issue ASAP.
