Photo Croping Does Not Work!

I have my new photoshow completed with the exception of cropping a couple of pictures. I can get the editing done but once I try to save and move on to the next picture it will be "spin" and save it is saving and creates a error message. When you go to undo which is what the error message says it does the same thing! Appears to be a software bug can anyone help with this issue?

We'll need more information. Version number (5 or 6), Do you have a premium membership, on-line or desktop, MAC or PC? What format are the images (pictures) ? What are you trying to crop?

Ok, I tried the on-line version V6 premium membership, existing PhotoShow. I was able to crop but NOT save. I received a message that there was an error.

 

I recently upgraded to W 10 and could not get the desktop version to open at all.

 

There is no one to fix the program and all development has stopped so you may be out of luck. Do you have a image editing program you can use to crop the image and then add that into the PhotoShow?

 

Note that the desktop version does not allow you to crop and image (at least I can't find the option on a W8 laptop.
