i have this problem i have a green no signal it is all hooked up correctly but still no joy. I did at one point get the picture through but was unable to get it on my tv this is so frustrating please help any advice would be fantastic

Not really the same thing, his software crashes and yours does not...

But the answer is the same as posted in Post #5.

In the future, don't pick a topic that is sort of like your problem, just start a new one -_-

Really need to know What you are hooked up to and How...

Just guessing, the RGC Pro outputs HDMI and adds HDCP code. A dark TV often indicates that it is not compatible with the HDCP code.

I do not really understand the second question? The initial user interface is only a doorway into the 2 apps (Capture & Edit). Only One of these can be running at the same time as they use some of the same code and it can't be shared.

ok tanhk you for your answer.

the second part i try to explain because my english is not the best...

When i open the Software and then i go to capture...then you have the window where you must select the Roxio and the window where you must select HDMI. but these windows are closed on my software. maybee you can understand me know :)

so i think it is a hardware problem because the roxio dont connect with the laptop

Your English is far better than my Czech

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When you reach the screen where Repair is offered, choose that!

When the Repair completes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

Still like to have the basic info but from what you describe of your second problem, I think a proper repair will solve that...
