I am also confused. What is the desktop version. I downloaded the version from the Account page, Software Downloads (desktop and mobile applications). The screen you sent is what I had in the past. I no longer get that screen. The screen I get now has these options Post to Facebook, email to friends and family, Post to your web page or blog. Also, has the option to save to mp4 video. I hope I have not confused things even more.

Share your PhotoShow with friends and family.

You can also view your show here.

The desktop version is just that, You do not have to use any Browser. What you are showing seems to be the browser version of PhotoShow.

If you downloaded the desktop bersion and are not running Windows 10, you should have an icon (program) on your computer that is the desktop version. When you first open it, it wioll require you to log in and then you will get the images that I showed.

At this point, if you have an up to date version of Windows 10, don't even try; it won't work. If you haven't updated for several weeks, it may work. Roxio/Corel has not fixed the problem caused by the update and I doubt that Microsoft will without a lot of people complaining to them.

PhotoShow installed in any compatibility mode will not work so it is something universal to Windows 10.

Look at Corel's Fast Flix and YouTube for your PhotoShows. You can mark the uploads as "unlisted" so only those you want to see the photo shops can find them if you send the link (if that is what you want).

I am unable to burn photoshows to DVD. This has always been a feature of Photoshow Premium.

It hasn't worked in the last couple of years. It is broken and cannot be fixed. It seems that you have been away for at least 3-4 years.

Download the desktop version (unless you have a MAC) and install it. Download ALL (for safety) your PhotoShows to your computer from that desktop version. Once that is done, you can convert the PhotoShows to video files (Share step). You can then use another program to burn them to a disc.

Could you please explain how to convert the Photoshows to video files. Thanks for your help.

Do you have them downloaded to your computer along with the desktop version of PhotoShow 6?

If so, open the one you want to convert and click on share. One of the options will be to convert the PhotoShow. For all around use, convert to wmv (Windows Media Video) which will play on all Windows compatible media. For better quality, convert to mpg; you can then use another program to burn it or them to a video disc.

Note: PhotoShow will not work in W10; no one has found a work around yet. That is why I did not post an image.

I actually have Photoshow Premium. I do have Windows 10 also. The show is downloaded to computer. The Photoshow program works, I do not have a share option, just an email option, no option to convert. Have an option that Roxio will convert to MP4.

Things are getting a bit confused. Do you have the desktop version of PhotoShow 6 downloaded to your computer? Does it open?

You may be the only one that can open PhotoShow with Windows 10. One of the updates may break it.

In the desktop version, select the slide show and then select share. What options do you see - one should be convert. The desktop version doesn't have the MP4 option. The on-line version to convert doesn't work.

I'm going to fire up my old computer and show you as an edit to this post.

Hi, I have the same problem, I have RPS premium, And have been using it on Windows 10 for a few months. NO issues.

I recently made a new show and I thought I was working on desktop version but when the show was completed I realized it was the online version when I tried to save the file.

I only had the save to FB, email, WEB. Save file MP4 does not work.

I reloaded my desktop RPS.

I cannot get the file to save properly to any format. it only saves the music portion but no photos. I tried on another PC with windows 10 and another with windows 7. same problem on all PC.

Please help I need this fixed ASAP.
