I just recently received my Roxio Capture HD and I'm currently having only one issue. When I got to capture, the window on my computer is in black and white. I attempted this with both my Wii and my PS3, but output in black and white instead of color. My specs are in the space below and I'll also include an image of my setup. Two main questions are: 1) Could the issue be the fact that I'm not using component cables? and 2) Would changing the output connecting to the TV matter?
I feel like 2 the likely answer is no.
