Text Blurry Everything Else Is Fine

Ill start of by saying that everything is connected up properly. the issue that i am have is that ive got my tv sceen as my pc monitor as well as for my ps4 screen. i can still see the ps4 in roxio preview screen how ever the problem that i am having is that the text is blurry. i have changed the bitframes and all hat does is lower the image of the the game it self it dosnt do anything with the text. My display adapter for my pc is AMD Radeon hd 8570D

my processory is AMD A8-6600k hd graphics with radeon.

Which one is the blurry one, and which one is the non-blurry one? When I click on the images to see them full-size, they look okay to me. Without a good/bad comparison, we don't know what you're expecting vs. what you're getting.
