Photosuite 7.exe Application Error

My computer was filled with melware and viruses. I back up all my data. I had a tech person come in and scratch my computer and then we loaded everything. I put in my boxed disk and there was a compatability error but it continued and loaded. When I try to use it, I get the error

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application." Im at a lost. I did this two years ago and no problem. Can anyone give me an idea what happened?

Did you change your operating system? Did you have your antivirus active during the install?

 

1) Try turning off your antivirus temporary and see if if the PhotoSuite works now.

 

2) Call back your tech person.
