Cant Get Anything To Work

I got the Roxio game capture card Hd pro for my xbox one but nothing works. I get a no signal all the time and I only have HDMI cords at the moment. Can someone please help me and don't give a youtube video because I have watched them all and they don't work.​

What color is the "no signal"?

 

Xbox One MUST be set to a specific outpu! If you leave it to 'Auto' it will never make a handshake with Roxio.

 

Turn off HDCP code on the Xbox One or you will never be allowed to record!
